Q: I love the handbag but don't like the colour. What now?

A: As each and every handbag is made to order, we can create your purchase in whatever colour you like (within reason). Please contact us and one of our frendly staff will email you a colour chart.

Q: Do you have stock of every item?

A: No. Our Ostrich Leather Handbags are made to order and can take up to eight weeks before completion.

Q: How long will my parcel take to reach me?

A: We use the post office EMS system. This is an 8 day method.

Q: My purchase is damaged. What now?

A: Contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged. We will decide via close communication with you if the item needs to be returned or repaired at our expense.

Q: My purse arrived safely, but I swear I never ordered that shade of blue...?

A: Every computer screen in the world interprets shades of blue differently - or any other colour for that matter! While we try to be as accurate as possible, slight variations in shade will occur.

Q: Can I phone you?

A: Sure, but as we are located in Cape Town South Africa we are 8 hours ahead of New York.
